Shaina graduated from Chico State in 1995 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in business which has brought her success as a sales professional and has given her a greater  understanding of her clients' needs.  Zack graduated from SF State and has an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate with both Colliers International and Trumark.  They are both experienced investors.  They have teamed up with Shaina's mother, Diane Vallon, a Broker and  Realtor since 1977, giving them a wealth of experience.

They pride themselves in being good listeners, possessing excellent Market knowledge and having flawless integrity.  Both Shaina and Zack grew up in a family of Real Estate professionals and learned the business at an early age.  They have three young children, Anna 5, Chad 4 and Baby Mia.  They have been heavily involved in their community and the surrounding Bay Area.

They started their own Real Estate Investment company over 10 years ago.  Their experience in acquiring investment properties is clearly a benefit to her clients.  This has given them an understanding of Real Estate investments, Commercial background and Residential background, they cover all the bases.
